PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGITIMISATION:

MERELLO INGENIEROS, S.L., informs you that it will only use your data for legitimate purposes, such as:

  • Fulfilment of our contractual and/or commercial relationship: your data will be processed in order to maintain and fulfil the obligations arising from our contractual and/or commercial relationship.
    Fulfilment of legal obligations (Tax Agency, legal actions, etc.).
  • Sending informative communications about possible incidents or computer security breaches.
  • Legitimate interest: in order to guarantee the security of people and our facilities, your image may be captured by our video surveillance cameras. However, these images will be kept for a limited period of 30 days, unless the competent authorities require us to keep them for a longer period of time.

For any other purpose that has been previously and expressly authorised by you, such as:

  • To respond to requests for information that you make through our contact form.
  • To send commercial offers and promotions about our products and/or services.
  • To draw up a commercial profile based on the information provided by you in order to show you or send you personalised advertising based on your consumption habits and/or preferences. This profile may be created through cookies or any other means. In any event, no automated decisions will be made on the basis of such profiling that will have any legal or other significant effect on you.

TO WHOM WILL WE GIVE YOUR DATA?

Your data may be transferred or communicated to those entities or administrations that are strictly necessary to be able to provide you with the contracted services or maintain the freely accepted commercial relationship, to those entities or administrations to which we are obliged to do so in compliance with any Law, as well as to those entities or administrations to which you have expressly authorised us.

PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF YOUR DATA:

Your data will be kept for the duration of our contractual and/or commercial relationship, the time necessary to comply with the corresponding legal obligations, and the period of prescription of the relevant legal actions. In any case we will proceed to delete your data when you request us to delete them in the terms provided by law.

  • Information: You may ask us to inform you if we process your personal data.
  • Access: You can ask us to inform you about which personal data we have included in our files and the purposes for which they have been collected.

  • Deletion: You may ask us to delete your personal data when, among other reasons, you withdraw your consent and the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

  • Right of Limitation: You may request the limitation of the processing of your data when any of the following conditions are met:
    1.  The data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data and while the accuracy of the personal data is being verified.

    3. The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing but the data subject needs them for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims;
    4. The data subject has objected to the processing while we verify whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
  • Right of portability: You have the right to receive the data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form, provided that the data is automated, and to have it transferred to another controller.

MINORS AND INCAPACITATED PERSONS:

In the case of persons under 14 years of age or incapable persons, consent for the processing of personal data must be granted by the parent or guardian of the minor or incapable person.

In accordance with current legislation, MERELLO INGENIEROS, S.L. undertakes to implement the technical and organisational measures necessary at all times to guarantee the security of your data and avoid its alteration, loss or unauthorised processing.

MERELLO INGENIEROS, S.L. uses cookies that will remain stored in your computer.
